I have seen In This Moment perform multiple times before, usually in the NY metro region, so I was anticipating a great show. What we received, however, was far beyond that. This outdoor venue, reminiscent of Woodstock due to a day of continuous rain and all the mud, turned even more enchanting as the bands took the stage. The skies cleared, fighter jets flew overhead providing a final salute with sonic booms, and fireworks lit up the sky after almost every song. The emotional intensity of witnessing genuine legends perform on a beautiful outdoor night, with over 80,000 ecstatic attendees, was truly a ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!!! It was evident that these musicians have spent the majority of the last 3 years on the road, giving their all to millions of fans, yet they performed as if this was the most crucial show of their careers.
